How to suggest a show
The CVA Gallery is open to proposed shows, collaborations, projects or events. Let's hear it!
what we're looking for
Open to the public, community forward projects featuring multiple artists from the community. Due to our calendar and the type of space we are, we cannot offer solo exhibitions to artists. To get an idea of the types of exhibitions we've had and how we use the space, you can see past projects and our spaces. It would also be helpful to come by the gallery to see the space and talk with staff to get a better idea of whats possible. Also, be aware that for planning purposes, CVA usually plans our calendar out a year or 2 in advance. We occasionally have a week or so open here or there but we often will need about a year to plan and make space for your exhibition idea.
| Have an idea? Please email a short description of your project, what artists or collaborators are involved, and images of work to be included. If the work has not been made yet, please provide artist websites. The more details the better.
